Vendor Sign-Up for South Lake Food, Beer, & Wine Festival

Vendor Categories
We welcome a variety of vendors, including:
- Food Vendors: Local restaurants, food trucks, and specialty food creators offering gourmet dishes, comfort food, snacks, or beverages.
- Craft Beer Vendors: Local and regional breweries offering tastings or full pours of craft beers.
- Wine Vendors: Vineyards and wineries offering tastings of wines and wine-based cocktails.
- Artisan Vendors: Local artisans and craftspeople selling handmade goods such as jewelry, clothing, artwork, pottery, or home décor.

Vendor Requirements
To participate, all vendors must meet the following criteria:
- Food & Beverage Vendors:
- Must have a valid food handler’s license and all required permits from the county health department.
- Breweries and wineries must have proper licenses for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Vendors must carry proof of insurance.
- Artisan & Product Vendors:
- Must provide images of products for approval.
- Artisan vendors should have a clear focus on handmade, locally produced goods.
- General Requirements:
- All vendors must provide their own booth setups, including tents, tables, and signage.
- All food and drink vendors are required to have operational equipment to ensure safe and timely service.
Vendor Fees
- Food & Beverage Vendor Fees:
- Food Trucks: $300 per spot (includes water and power hookups)
- Small Food Vendors (tents): $200 per 10×10 booth
- Beverage Vendors (Beer/Wine): $350 per 10×10 booth
- Artisan Vendor Fees:
- Artisan Booths: $150 per 10×10 space
- Non-Profit Organizations: $100 per 10×10 booth (must provide proof of non-profit status)
All fees are non-refundable and due upon approval of your application.
Application Process
- Complete the Online Vendor Application: Fill out our application form on the festival website [here] by May 1st, 2024. Provide details about your business, including product descriptions and images.
- Submit Required Documents: Upload a copy of your food handler’s license, liability insurance, and any other relevant permits.
- Pay Vendor Fees: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. All payments must be completed by May 10th, 2024.
- Vendor Orientation: Attend a mandatory vendor orientation meeting via Zoom on June 1st, 2024. Here, you’ll get details on booth setup, event guidelines, and more.
Vendor Setup Information
- Setup Time: Vendors must arrive for setup between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the day of the festival.
- Breakdown Time: All booths must remain open until 9:00 PM and be fully cleared by 11:00 PM.
- Power & Water: Limited power and water hookups are available for food trucks and select booths on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate in your application if you require these services.
- Parking: A designated vendor parking area will be available. Parking passes will be provided upon acceptance.
Marketing Support
Approved vendors will be featured on the festival’s website, social media pages, and in email newsletters. We encourage vendors to promote their participation in the festival through their own marketing channels using the event’s official hashtag: #SouthLakeFestival2024.

- Vendor Application Deadline: May 1st, 2024
- Approval Notification: Rolling, but no later than May 5th, 2024
- Vendor Payment Due: May 10th, 2024
- Vendor Orientation Meeting: June 1st, 2024 (Zoom)
